All returned products must be in their original condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for processing.

Print Your Label

Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your OOFOS in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
