How do I find the right size for my OOFOS?
OOFOS generally run true to size. If you are a half size, we recommend sizing down for women and sizing up for men. Our footwear is designed with a wide toe box to allow for natural foot expansion and maximum comfort.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in clean, like-new condition.
How should I clean and maintain my OOFOS?
OOFOS are moisture and bacteria resistant, making them easy to clean. You can simply machine wash them on a cold cycle with mild detergent or wipe them down with a damp cloth. Always air dry them in the shade, as high heat can cause the material to shrink.
